By using the Community Solar Representatives website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

CSR is a subscriber enrollment company. We educate households about community solar and help eligible customers enroll in projects operated by independent community solar developers and subscription managers.

We are not your utility and we do not own or operate the solar projects. If you enroll, your subscription is governed by a separate agreement between you and the project’s subscriber organization. Review that agreement carefully before signing; it controls pricing, credits, billing, cancellation, and other terms.

Savings ranges, calculators, and examples on this site are estimates for illustration only. Actual savings depend on your utility, rate, usage, the project you join, program rules, and project production, and may differ from what is shown. Savings typically apply to the electricity supply portion of your bill.

Program availability, eligibility, and incentives are set by state programs, utilities, and project operators and can change without notice. Submitting a form does not guarantee eligibility, capacity, or a specific savings rate.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit forms only for yourself or for an account you are authorized to act on. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any subscription agreement before enrollment is completed.

Submitting a form lets us respond to your request by email or phone. If you also check the optional consent box, you agree that CSR may call and text you, including with automated technology, about community solar and your request. Consent is not a condition of enrollment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in any email. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Job postings describe the role at the time of posting and are not an offer of employment or engagement. Community Solar Representative positions are commission-based; compensation, training, and working terms are set out only in a separate written agreement.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information without authorization.
• Do not interfere with, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to send spam.

The site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to CSR or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.

The site may link to utilities, program administrators, social networks, and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content is for general information and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
